Customers can provide fertilizer formulations, raw material information, required capacity, packaging specifications, plant drawings and details of existing equipment. Based on these conditions, LITO can assist with process evaluation, equipment selection, production-line configuration, layout planning and automation requirements. For international projects, differences in raw materials, electrical requirements, environmental conditions and local operating practices can also be considered when developing the technical solution.

Depending on the project scope, LITO can provide installation guidance and commissioning support for fertilizer production equipment and complete lines. Technical work can include checking equipment positioning, production-line connections, electrical and control-system coordination, no-load testing, material testing and adjustment of operating parameters. The objective is to help the production line move from installation to stable operation in accordance with the agreed process requirements.

After commissioning, LITO can provide operator training, technical documentation, remote troubleshooting, spare-parts support and recommendations for production-line optimization. For existing fertilizer plants, our engineers can also evaluate current operating conditions and discuss practical upgrades for dosing, mixing, conveying, granulation, weighing, packaging, palletizing and automation. Support is developed around the actual equipment configuration and production requirements of each project.
