The weight loss scale is a weighing device that continuously feeds and discharges materials intermittently. Due to the fact that the weight loss control is carried out in the hopper, it can achieve high control accuracy, and the structure is easy to seal. Therefore, compared to using a spiral scale, it is a significant improvement in powder control. Suitable for controlling the batching of fine materials such as cement, lime powder, and coal powder.
Weigh the complete feeding system (silo, feeder, and bulk materials) through a static scale, and control the discharge flow of bulk materials through a variable speed motor or electric vibrator. The material (through a screw, vibrating tube, or groove) is unloaded from the system, and the "weight loss" measured per unit time (dv/dt) is compared with the required feed rate (preset value). The difference between the actual (measured) flow rate and the expected (preset) flow rate is corrected by the feed controller, which can automatically adjust the feed rate to maintain accurate feed rate without process lag.
When the weight measured in the silo reaches the low level (re feeding), the controller will control the feeding system according to the volume of the material, and then the silo will quickly reload (manually or automatically), and the weight loss controller will restart. In a batch weight loss system, the design is similar to a continuous weight loss system, however, the accuracy of the final weight of the feeding (batch) cycle is higher than the actual feeding rate control. The controller provides a high feed signal to the variable speed drive to achieve fast feeding, and then switches to a low feed control signal for precise control at the end of the batch.
