Equipment for producing compound fertilizers

There are various types of equipment for producing compound fertilizers, which can be mainly divided into raw material pretreatment equipment, ingredient mixing equipment, granulation equipment, drying and cooling equipment, screening and packaging equipment, and other auxiliary equipment according to different stages of the production process. 1、 Raw material pretreatment equipment

Crusher: used to crush large raw materials (such as urea, phosphate ore, potassium fertilizer, etc.) into smaller particles for subsequent batching and mixing. Common crushers include jaw crushers, hammer crushers, etc.

Crusher: Further pulverize the raw materials into finer powders to improve mixing uniformity and granulation effect. Common crushers include chain crushers, cage crushers, etc.

Screening machine: Screen the raw materials to remove impurities and large particles, ensuring the purity and particle size uniformity of the raw materials. Common screening machines include vibrating screens, drum screens, etc.

Drying machine: If the moisture content of the raw material is high, it is necessary to use a drying machine for drying treatment to reduce the moisture content and improve the granulation effect. Common dryers include rotary dryers, air flow dryers, etc.

2、 Ingredient mixing equipment

Electronic ingredient scale: used to accurately measure the ratio of various raw materials, ensuring that the nutrient content of compound fertilizers meets standards.

Blender: Fully mix various measured raw materials to evenly distribute nutrients. Common mixers include horizontal mixers, double shaft paddle mixers, etc.

3、 Granulation equipment

Drum granulator: Through the rotation of the drum and the lifting effect of the internal plate, the material forms a material curtain inside the cylinder, and after contact with the sprayed liquid phase material (such as binder, water, etc.), it is bonded into granules. The rotary drum granulator is suitable for granulating various raw materials, with high production capacity and uniform granulation.

Disc granulator: Using the rotation and tilt angle of the disc, the material rolls and binds into granules inside the disc. The disc granulator has a simple structure and easy operation, but its granulation efficiency is relatively low.

Squeezing granulator: The material is squeezed by two relatively rotating rollers to form particles through the mold hole. The extrusion granulator is suitable for granulating materials with high viscosity and high humidity, with high granulation strength, but the equipment investment is relatively large.

Spray granulation machine: The molten material is sprayed into the granulation tower through a nozzle, cooled and solidified into granules after coming into contact with rising air. The particles produced by the spray granulation machine have good roundness and high nutrient content, but the equipment is complex and the energy consumption is high.

High tower granulator: Utilizing the height and gravity of the tower, the molten material falls freely inside the tower and cools to solidify into granules. The granules produced by the high tower granulator have unique appearance and performance, but the equipment investment is large and the operating cost is high.

4、 Drying and cooling equipment

Drying machine: Drying the compound fertilizer after granulation to remove moisture and improve the strength and stability of the particles. Common drying machines include rotary drying machines, fluidized bed drying machines, etc.

Cooling machine: Cool the dried compound fertilizer to reduce particle temperature, prevent clumping and deterioration. Common cooling machines include rotary cooling machines, vibrating fluidized bed cooling machines, etc.

5、 Screening and packaging equipment

Screening machine: Screen the dried and cooled compound fertilizer to remove large particles, small particles, and impurities, ensuring the uniformity and purity of the product's particle size.

Packaging machine: measures and packages the screened compound fertilizer for easy storage and transportation. Common packaging machines include automatic quantitative packaging machines, sewing machines, etc.

6、 Other auxiliary equipment

Conveyor equipment: such as belt conveyors, bucket elevators, etc., used to transport raw materials and finished products between various production processes.

Dust removal equipment: such as bag filters, cyclone dust collectors, etc., used to collect and process dust generated during the production process, protect the environment and workers' health.
