Working principle

The belt and pulley are driven by the main motor and transmitted to the drive shaft through the reducer. The split gear on the drive shaft meshes with the large gear ring fixed on the body, causing the cylinder to rotate. The material is added from the feeding end, and under the special structure inside the cylinder, it sticks and aggregates into balls at a certain humidity and temperature, and then flows out through the discharge port after being made into particles.

Advantages

Working principle

Under the action of friction, centrifugal force, and gravity, the mixture rises to a certain height with the cylinder wall and rolls down, rolling into balls in relative motion, and the finished particles are discharged from the lower end.
