Production process of BB fertilizer

The production process of BB fertilizer mainly includes links such as raw material transportation and storage, batching, mixing, packaging, etc. The following is a detailed introduction:

  Raw material transportation and storage

Transport basic fertilizers such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as raw materials such as fillers, to each relevant silo separately. The selection of raw materials should meet the requirements of similar particle size, high particle strength, and dry without clumping to ensure mixing uniformity and storage stability. For example, urea (nitrogen source), monoammonium phosphate (phosphorus source), potassium chloride (potassium source), etc. with high particle hardness and particle size typically between 2-4mm can be selected. Some formulas also require the addition of trace element particles (such as borax, zinc sulfate) or functional agents (such as anti caking agents, slow-release coatings).

  Ingredients

Artificial ingredients: Workers input different raw materials into the corresponding feeding equipment according to the preset formula ratio.

Automatic batching: Raw materials are quantitatively fed by a quantitative feeder, and each scale is controlled by a weighing and measuring control instrument and a frequency converter. It can be controlled by a combination of touch screen and weighing instrument, which can be centrally controlled through the touch screen or independently controlled by a single instrument. When the equipment is normal, workers only need to operate on the touch screen to set the ratio of each scale.

  Mixed

Transported to mixing equipment: The raw materials weighed by various fully automatic measuring devices are sent to the pre mixed tape machine, and then transported to the horizontal BB fertilizer mixer (intermittent, continuous).

Mixing process: The granules are rotated by a horizontal BB fertilizer mixer to form an irregular material curtain, and the uniformly mixed granules slowly roll towards the discharge port along the inclined direction of the mixer. For powdered raw materials, after being transported to the horizontal mixer (continuous type), the powder is pushed forward by 2/3, and the remaining 1/3 of the powder is circulated back and forth to continue mixing with the newly transported powder. Through two to three cycles of mixing, the powder is uniformly mixed.

  Packaging

Transported to the finished product bin: The evenly mixed fertilizer is transported to the finished product bin.

Quantitative packaging: Slip into the fully automatic packaging scale for weighing, which can automatically fill different specifications such as 25kg, 40kg, 50kg per bag according to customer needs.

Stitching, sealing, and storage: After packaging is completed, folding and sealing operations are carried out, and finally the finished products are stored.

  Key points of quality control

Particle uniformity: Ensure particle uniformity, prevent delamination or agglomeration, and strictly control the moisture content of the raw material at a low level (usually less than 1%).

Screening treatment: Remove oversized or ultra-fine particles through a vibrating screen, and the proportion of qualified particles should be ≥ 95%.

Anti caking treatment: Add inert powder (such as diatomaceous earth) or spray moisture-proof agent to reduce the risk of clumping during storage.
