1、 Raw material processing equipment
Material hoist: Elevate solid raw materials (such as urea, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, etc.) to the feeding platform to adapt to the three-dimensional production layout.
Artificial feeding platform: provides a safe and convenient feeding environment for operators, with each feeding port corresponding to a type of raw material to avoid cross contamination.
Urea crusher (optional): Grind granular urea to a specified particle size (such as 20-60 mesh) to improve subsequent mixing uniformity.
2、 Ingredients and mixing equipment
Automatic batching system:
Function: According to the formula requirements, various raw material ratios are automatically completed through high-precision weighing sensors and PLC control systems.
Accuracy: The measurement error is usually controlled within ± 0.2%, supporting multi formula storage and fast switching.
Structure: including raw material warehouse, weighing module, discharge valve, and conveying pipeline. Some equipment integrates airflow conveying technology to reduce dust.
Blender:
Function: Mix the well proportioned raw materials evenly to ensure product consistency.
Type:
Horizontal double screw belt mixer: Through the double screw belt mixing mechanism, the material achieves three-dimensional composite motion of left, right, up, and down, with high mixing uniformity and large loading coefficient.
Vertical mixer: suitable for small batch production, compact structure, and small footprint.
Material: The part in contact with the material is made of 304 stainless steel, with polished inner walls to prevent material adhesion.
3、 Packaging and Finished Product Processing Equipment
Quantitative packaging machine:
Function: Automatically fill the mixed materials into the packaging bag according to the set weight (such as 5-25kg/bag).
Type:
Automatic bag making and packaging machine: integrating bag making, filling, and sealing functions, suitable for prefabricated bags or automatic bag making scenarios.
Semi automatic packaging machine: requires manual bagging, automatically completes weighing and sealing, suitable for small-scale production.
Accuracy: The measurement error is usually controlled within ± 0.5%, and some equipment supports fast and slow two-stage feeding to improve packaging speed.
Conveyor:
Function: Transport the packaged finished products to the sealing machine or palletizing area.
Type:
Belt conveyor: suitable for horizontal conveying, with a simple structure and easy maintenance.
Chain plate conveyor: suitable for inclined or vertical conveying, with strong load-bearing capacity and high stability.
Sealing machine:
Function: Seal the packaging bag to prevent moisture or leakage of materials.
Type:
Hot sealing machine: achieves sealing by melting packaging bag material through heating elements, suitable for composite film bags.
Sewing machine: Stitching the bag opening with sewing thread, suitable for woven bags or thick packaging bags.
Stacking machine (optional):
Function: Automatically stack finished products onto pallets according to specified modes for easy storage and transportation.
Type:
Mechanical palletizer: The palletizing action is completed through a mechanical arm or slide rail, with a simple structure and low cost.
Robot palletizer: It uses industrial robots to achieve flexible palletizing, adapting to various packaging specifications and stacking modes.
4、 Auxiliary equipment
Dust removal system:
Function: Collect dust generated during the production process, improve workshop environment, and meet environmental protection requirements.
Type:
Pulse bag dust collector: Filter dust through filter bags and periodically pulse back blow to clean dust, with high efficiency.
Cyclone dust collector: uses centrifugal force to separate dust, suitable for pretreatment of coarse particle dust.
Control system:
Function: Integrate PLC, touch screen, and sensors to achieve automated control and monitoring of the production line.
Features: Supports formula management, fault diagnosis, data recording, and remote maintenance, with easy operation and high stability.
Storage tank and buffer warehouse:
Function: Temporarily store raw materials or finished products, balance production rhythm, and avoid material accumulation or supply interruption.
Design: Equipped with a liquid level gauge, level switch, and anti sticking plate to ensure smooth material flow.
